He is a qualified solicitor, Lexcel consultant and experienced lecturer. Seamus founded SMS to provide the highest level of services for corporate clients. He has overall responsibility for monitoring the standards of service provided. Gillian Ryan Company Secretary / Non-Practicing Solicitor Gillian is a qualified solicitor and highly trained business manager. She works at board level in the NHS. She is also an experienced lecturer. Gillian provides clients with training, assistance managing large-scale projects and helps clients manage change within their businesses. OUR ASSOCIATE TEAM Angela Hogg – Non-practicing solicitor, Inns of Court School of Law Angela has worked in the Legal Aid Board, been in private practice, lectured at Nottingham Law School and is currently teaching at the Inns of Court. She couples a high level of technical ability with a distinguished career of achievement in the academic field. She is also an accredited Inns of Court advocacy trainer. Roisin Ryan - Barrister Roisin is a member of Lincoln's Inn and was called to the Bar of England & Wales for over seven years and the Bar of Northern Ireland for over four years. Roisin is currently in practice in Northern Ireland and has experience delivering presentations to members of the legal profession.
